Thursday evening: Check-in table will be set up in the hotel lobby starting at 4:00. We would like to meet for dinner at The Courthouse Pub @ 6:30. Our Hospitality Suite will be open in Room 206 with access to a seating area right outside that room.
Friday: The bus is picking us up at the Baymont at 10:30 a.m. We will travel to Hennings Cheese House and then to Seven Lakes for lunch (separate checks). After lunch we go to Silarian Vineyard for a wine tasting which is $8, paid at the vineyard. Scheduled to be back at the Baymont by 3:30.
Friday Evening: 6:00 Meet at the Roof Deck at the Maritime Museum. At 6:30 we have a casual dinner outside. Cash Bar. Pulled Pork, baked beans and coleslaw. We will also have access to the submarine from 4:30 to 7:00.
Saturday Morning: Eternal Patrol Ceremony on the deck of the Cobia at 8:30 a.m. The sailors will have a business meeting in the Hospitality Suite at 11:30 Saturday morning. The rest of the day you can tour the Museum, walk along the riverfront, get a group together for lunch.
Saturday Afternoon: At 4:00 Saturday afternoon we will begin to gather dockside at the Cobia for an Engine Start at 4:30. We will also have access to the Sub from 4:30 to 7:00 that evening. We will also have access to the Riverview Room upstairs at the Museum starting at 4:30.
Saturday Evening: Dinner Saturday starts at 6:30 in the Riverview Room. We will have a buffet meal of Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, fresh vegetables, salad, strawberry shortcake for dessert. There will also be a cash bar. (The museum does not allow outside beverages.)
The host hotel is just a short walk to the
Wisconsin Maritime Museum and the USS Cobia.
